Hello Parents,

Welcome to Separation with Ease.

 

We would like to share the goals we have for this class so we can work together to achieve these goals.

 

The  of this program is to help your child separate with ease from you and their siblings, to achieve independence, build confidence and help them learn to love and prepare for school.

 

This is done by encouraging and supporting your child as they move from activity to activity. The transitions become smoother as your child gets used to the expected routine.

 

To achieve this goal, we are asking for your help in the following areas.

• Consistency! This is the key to success. Commitment to weekly attendance works best.

• Parents/Caregivers must remain on the premises at all times during the program.  You must be available to your child.  An anxious moment may arise where your child may want to show you a new learned skill, a craft well done or they may need to use the bathroom. Please come and be prepared to stay.

• The door to the classroom will remain open the first day or so to help the children adjust.

• Please have your child leave their personal belongings and toys in the car. Having these items in the classroom causes confusion and hurt feelings.

• Due to allergies, we ask that no outside food be brought into the classroom. We will provide snacks that work for everyone.

• Siblings are welcome to join you but must remain in the waiting areas with you. We can make paper, crayons, coloring pages, books, and puzzles available to help keep them busy. They can also bring their tablet/Ipad, etc. This will create greater independence for your child, as they learn to operate without their sibling’s lead.

Fees

• Program cost is $280.00 for the 10 classes. This can paid at the time of registration or put on an automatic payment plan with two payments of $140 due on April 9 and May 9, 2026.

• No drop in option available. The program works best when attendance is consistent. 

• There is a 3.5% convenience fee for all credit card payments.

• 10% sibling discount available. Adjustment made at registration.
