Postpartum Reset & Restore is a safe, supportive workout class designed specifically for the postpartum body. Join Dr. Rachel Guida, a specialized Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist, Lotus Physical Therapy, for a workout class designed to safely bridge the gap between giving birth and getting back to your favorite fitness routine, all while baby hangs out right beside you on the mat.
