Our experienced, knowledgeable, certified Childbirth Educators, work with you and your labor partner to give you the confidence you need to have a positive labor experience and a healthy baby.

Class 1
Labor Management -

Home to Hospital

This class focuses on what can be done at home to help labor progress, help mom rest and stay nourished. Moms often go to the hospital too soon because they don't have what they need to labor at home and/or know the signs to look for to help them determine when to go to the hospital all while communicating needed details to healthcare providers. There's so much info in this class. Parents-to-be are always surprised!

Class 2
Labor Progress
Keep it Moving

This class is packed with tips and tricks for mom-to-be and labor partner. Including how to keep labor moving, with or without an epidural or other pain medications. This class focuses on use of the birth and peanut balls, how to incorporate labor breathing, shower, rocking chair, etc. There's practice of various labor positions and lots of explanation as to which are best at which phase of labor and the position of the baby in the pelvis.

Class 3

The Power of Pushing & Meeting Your Baby

The Power of Pushing class is just what it sounds like. Lots of discussion of positions and which will work best depending on the position of the baby, with or without an epidural. You learn the questions to ask the labor pros and how to respond to the various answers in terms of movement and position. We also discuss the newborn and what typically happens just after birth.

Class 4 - Your Core & Pelvic Floor

Move with Comfort During Pregnancy, Labor & Postpartum

A pelvic floor class is an educational program designed to support pregnant  and postpartum individuals in strengthening and maintaining the health of their pelvic floor muscles during pregnancy and beyond. The primary purpose of these classes is to educate expectant and new mothers about the importance of pelvic floor health and to provide exercises and techniques to help them maintain or improve the strength and flexibility of their pelvic floor muscles. The class also includes information and exercises related to postpartum pelvic floor recovery, as maintaining pelvic floor health is crucial not only during pregnancy but also after childbirth.
